Love letter to Reddit

I love Reddit. There, I said it – I know it’s a bit noughties, but Reddit communities are very much alive. When I start audience research for a new project, one of the first things I do is look for subreddits on relevant topics. 

Because I reckon Reddit is one of the most honest places on the internet. People talk like they talk in real life. You get to peer through the window at communities and subcultures you didn’t even know existed before. 

There’s a subreddit for people who eat oranges in the shower. It’s called ShowerOrange – you’re welcome/I’m sorry.
